Summer Presenters Information
Thank you for your interest in presenting a program at Camp Etna. We appreciate your interest. This page has all of the information that you will need to apply to present a program at camp.
The ESA Camp Season
The camp week now runs Thursday through Thursdayschedule, instead of Sunday through Saturday. Check‐in will be 2pm on Thursday, and check‐out will be 11 am Thursday.
WHY?
- Presenters will now have the option of offering intensive one to three day workshops over theweekend so more working people can attend.
- The new weekly schedule puts more emphasis on evening and weekend classes/workshops, freeing up the week days for private readings and/or healings.
- Presenters can now travel mid‐week to and from Camp Etna which is a cost savings especially for those flying.
Application Process
- To apply to Camp Etna for consideration as a presenter, please fill out and submit the appropriate forms by the December 1st deadline. We will notify presenters in early January if their proposal is accepted.
- Once your signed contract is returned, Camp Etna will begin the advertising and promotion of the 2017 camp season which is win‐win for presenters, attendees, and Camp Etna.
- For those of you who have served Camp Etna in the past, thank you for wanting to return as a presenter and to be part of our 2018 camp season.
- For those of you who are new and applying for the first time, we are truly blessed to have new, amazing mediums and presenters from around the country/world who are interested in joining our summer community.

To apply for consideration, please print, fill out, scan and email the forms listed below to info@campetna.com or mail to ESA Attn: Program Committee; 77 Stage Rd.; Etna, ME 04434.
To be considered as a presenter for ESA’s 2018 Camp Season you must submit the following:
- Contact Information Form
- Bio
- Jpeg digital Colored Close up Photo (Head & Shoulders)
- Workshop Proposal Form and a flyer for each workshop you are offering
If you have worked at Camp Etna in prior years you still need to fill out and submit the information on the new
forms. If you are notified that your proposal was accepted, you will be asked to sign a contract agreeing to
compensation as well as a Code of Ethics (basic outline of expectations for those who serve ESA).
