On Camp Housing

Lodging in Our Spiritual Retreat Cottage:
Fox Den Guest Cottage* - One story cottage with one large bedroom with two double beds, a small private bedroom with a twin bed, ¾ bathroom, and a screened porch, located on 27 acres and a short walk to Etna Pond through the woods. Sorry, due to some people’s allergies we are unable to accommodate pets. No smoking inside cottage or porch. Limit: 3 unrelated individuals or a family of 5.

*Cottage is not suitable for young children as it is not child proof. Please contact us regarding age suitability. Safety is our number one concern, and we want everyone to have a wonderful vacation with no worries!

Amenities: Newly refurbished cottage with a well-equipped eat-in kitchen contains a gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator, sitting room with a gas stove heater for ambience and warmth, alarm clock, CD player, fans, ironing board/iron, small charcoal grill, outdoor table/chairs, linens and towels are provided, exit cleaned.
 

Rental Rates
Off Season Rentals: May 1- June 30 and September 1–October 15
Weekly Rates – $150 per week – single/double occupancy – $15/person over 2
Daily Rates – $50 per day (3-night minimum)
Single/double occupancy – $15/person over 2

In Season Rentals – July 1 through August 31
Weekly Rates – $300 per week – single/double occupancy – $20/person over 2
Daily Rates – $60 per day (3-night minimum) – single/double occupancy – $20/person over 2

Senior and Member Discounts – 10% discounted off rates noted above

Check In / Check Out
Weekly – Saturday after 3 pm / Saturday by 11 am;
Daily – Thursday after 3 pm/Sunday by 12:30 pm

Please Note: Upon checkout the cottage needs to be "broom clean" with all dishes washed, food items removed and trash placed in the barrel provided. Gratuity is not included.

Deposit / Cancellation Policy:
Deposits
A deposit equal to one night is required to confirm a reservation. Payment may be made through money order or personal check. For longer stays, 3 or more nights, a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay is required. Deposits by check must be received within 7 days of making a reservation. Upon receipt of deposit, your reservation will be confirmed in writing or email.

Cancellations
There is a $20.00 service fee for cancellations. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is received 14 days prior to the scheduled stay. If cancellation is received fewer than 14 days prior to the scheduled stay, the deposit will be returned only if the room is re-rented. No refunds for early departures.
